  1. Jared Chamberlin says:

Prof, would you consider dropping Ryan Braun for Haniger?

    • Rotoprofessor says:

Dropping Braun is tough, but Haniger is a must own in all formats. If Braun is the last man on the bench, I guess I could but it

I have Steckenrider, Minter, and Ottavino rounding out my RP’s in a dynasty league (SV+H). How would you rank Jimenez among that group. Is he worth adding in favor of the others? Also Gsellman has been racking up K’s in the pen. What should his level of interest be?

    • Rotoprofessor says:

I’d put him as a better long-term play than Ottavino. He’s behind the other two though.

Gsellman is never going to be the clsoer, he’s more of a swing man and maybe he settles into the 8th (but doubtful they want to take him out of a potential multi-inning tole)

Hey Rotoprofessor, I have Colome and Neris as my closers with Knebel on the DL. Should I drop Colome or Knebel for Kela, Vizcaino, Minter, Middleton, Soria, Greene, Albers, or Jones? Thanks.

    • Matt says:

I meant to say should I drop Colome or Neris for any of the above options.

    • Rotoprofessor says:

I have a tough time dropping a closer, though there are SV guys available. I’d look to add Middleton over Neris, I guess, but given the status of both ideally I’d own both and see which one stuck

I have Colome as my closer and people keep telling me things will get better with him, but I can’t stand how terrible he’s doing. Do you see him getting better? And who would you add to replace him?

    • Rotoprofessor says:

He should turn it around, but you never know. If you are looking at TB Romo should be the short-term replacement, but Alvarado will ultimately get the job and is worth stashing
