Thoughts:
- In 2011 the two teams that allowed the most field goals were the Arizona Cardinals (35) and Washington Redskins (34). Obviously it is a new season, but in Week 1 we are going to have to like the kickers facing those two teams. Of course, the New Orleans Saints could simply run up the TD instead of settling for field goals, limiting Garrett Hartley’s potential, but I would still consider him a good option.
- When you kick in Denver you have the potential to hit some significantly longer field goals. That alone bumps you up a few spots in the order, wouldn’t you think?
